Bundling Your Yat NFT On OpenSea

It is easy to bundle multiple Yats into a single listing on OpenSea. There are advantages and disadvantages to combining your listings.

Yat owners like to own similar versions of the same Yat. For example, a Karaoke Girl adoptable buyer might want to own both the Heels & Boots version.

If you own them you can list both at the same time in a single listing. There are many other examples besides adoptables, such as ABCBA Yats, where multiple very similar versions may appeal to a buyer. Listing them together makes it easy for buyers to find them, and may convince them to buy more from you then they were originally planning to buy.

One of the main advantages to a bundle is you can define the Name and Details buyers see. With Yat minting, the information in the details is out of your control.

The disadvantage to bundling is a buyer needs to pay Gas fees for each Yat they are buying, even if they are bundled together. You may have a set of 5 Yats that cost a few dollars to mint, but if a buyer is interested when the Gas price is high they will need to pay it 5 times.  Fortunately, OpenSea lets you list the Yat by itself and as part of a bundle at the same time.

Note: The Yats in your bundle must already be listed and on OpenSea. Visit my Guide To Minting Your Yat to learn more about that process.

Step 1. Choose to Sell one of the Yats in your bundle
Any of the Yats will work. Once you have it pulled up click the blue Sell button in the top right, then choose the Bundle > option on the next screen. No other information is required here.

Note: If you are listing a Yat in a bundle and by itself you need to create the bundle first. After the bundle is complete you can go back in and click the Sell button again to list the Yat by itself.

Step 2. Choose All of the Yats in the Bundle
Each Yat you choose will show a blue checkmark in the top right. Once all are chosen, click the blue Sell Bundle button in the bottom right.

Step 3. Populate The Name & Description
Here you can get creative with the information you supply to buyers. Include words and phrases like 'attractive', 'easy to remember', 'own the entire set', etc.  You can even use Emojis in the name.

Lastly, populate the price you want for your bundle and click 'Post your listing.' You can also choose to sell it as an Auction instead of  fixed price by choosing Highest Bid instead of Set Price option.

Step 4. Update Your Price If Needed
OpenSea lets you update the price. The trick to finding your bundles after you list them is to change the All Items drop down to Bundles (red box below). Another way to find your bundles is to look for the small bundle icon below the listing (green arrow below).

Once you click your bundle a 'Lower Price' button will appear in the top right on the listing screen. There is no fee to lower the price, but there is a fee to cancel your listing.
